We are seeking a Truss Assembler to join our team.

Job summary:

The Truss Assembler is responsible for the manufacturing of wood trusses and wall panels. The Truss Assembler reports to the Truss Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Putting safety first for all work activities.

• Working as a team to achieve daily production goals.

• Quickly adapting to assembly variations and other challenges.

• Assembling components using shop drawings while following quality standards. • Operation of hand tools to complete fabrication, assembly, and packaging processes.

• Operation of specialized machinery (Saws, Gantries, Cranes, Splicers).

• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Willingness to work indoor/outdoor as needed.

• No minimum work experience is required. On-the-job training is provided.

• Position requires bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

• Position will require bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling.

• Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
