What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble trusses and wall panels using modern component manufacturing machinery.

• Measure, cut, and place lumber accurately
• Load, stack, and move materials around the production floor
• Maintain clean, safe work areas
• Work as part of a tight, high-energy team

What We’re Looking For

• No experience necessary — we will train you

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow

• Comfortable working efficiently in a production-driven, outdoor-style environment

• Supports continuous improvement efforts

• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active all shift
